When Jenna and Aiden asked me to be their Relais Blu Sorrento wedding photographer, I just had to say yes! I had not heard of the Relais Blu hotel until that time and when you go to their website you are sold on the first image of the website!

Relais Blu | Sorrento Wedding | Destination Wedding

Jenna and Aiden were from the UK and had arranged their wedding through Ionian Weddings who I have work with on many occasions. They are UK based wedding planners who specialise in destination weddings in Europe in particular Sorrento. Relais Blu is on the southern edge of Sorrento with stunning views across to Capri and delivers the most amazing sunsets. Jenna and Aidan loved my relaxed style of work and being English speaking added to the whole relaxed vibe to the day. Their day ended on the rooftop terrace of the Relais Blu with those stunning sunset views across to Capri, it is one of the most spectacular destination wedding venues I have ever been to.

Cloisters Wedding Sorrento

The actual wedding was held at the Cloisters in the heart of Sorrento town. This is one of the most popular places to get married in Sorrento and is a stunning backdrop for any wedding ceremony. Aidan was looking very nervous as Jenna arrived up the aisle with her very proud dad at her side. After a quick wedding service with their closest friends we went into the neighbouring gardens for some photos with their family with stunning views over the Amalfi Coast.

Wedding at Relais Blu | Sorrento

The remainder of the wedding day was away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento town and we just relaxed on the roof terrace of Relais Blu. I cannot recommend the Relais Blu enough, I was fortunate enough to have a few days there and it is a place that is now close to my heart. The staff were amazing, the food was great and those views are just to die for!
