Chris and Grace's Wedding- Goldsborough Hall
So where does a wedding planner get married? That is always a question that I have had in my mind, I think it has to be a reflection on how wonderful a venue is if a wedding planner chooses to be married there. Grace is a wedding planner with a very key eye on style and design and she had planned her perfect wedding day. Chris and Grace chose Goldsborough Hall near Harrogate to be their wedding venue and chose me to photograph their day.

They are a very relaxed couple so were a pleasure to work with, their relaxed approach could only lead to some lovely wedding photography images. I was with them for the full day to capture the bridal preparations right through to beyond first dance when the party really got into swing.
I had done an engagement shoot with Chris and Grace earlier in the year where they had got engaged at Fountains Abbey. Chris (being the romantic that he is) proposed on one of the bridges over the lakes. One of the photographs from the engagement shoot was mounted to allow guests to sign the mount as a lasting memory of the day.
Chris and Grace were married in the lovely quaint church in Goldsborough next to the hall, then it was a short walk to enjoy champagne on the lawns with their family and friends. Goldsborough Hall looked at its finest in the beautiful summer weather and it never fails to disappoint. It was great to return back there for more lovely wedding photography and I look forward to returning back again very soon. Please feel free to leave a message at the bottom of this blog about your favourite image, or share the link with your family and friends.
