Le Petit Chateau Wedding Photography- Ally and Anthony

I always love returning to capture wedding photography at Le Petit Chateau and Ally and Anthony’s summer wedding gave me the chance to do just that.  On the day. I headed to one of Le Petit Chateau’s beautiful suites to capture those all-important morning of the wedding images.  Ally was in the capable hands of her makeup artist Meg Murray and hairstylist from Ella G Hair.  I got some really great images of the girls getting ready and of the bridesmaids who looked elegant in backless champagne backless dresses.

Ally looked amazing in a body skimming lace high neck long sleeve Suzanne Neville dress.  It had an amazing fishtail shape skirt that fanned out giving her a perfect silhouette that looked great in all of my images.  She complemented it with a full-length veil and a bouquet from Rosemary Blooms.  I also captured some really emotional reveal images, first to the bridal party and then to Ally’s lovely dad.

Before the ceremony, I managed to catch up with Anthony and his grooms party who were also getting ready in one of Le Petit Chateau’s suites.  The boys looked very smart in traditional black tie and I got some great images them in Le Petit Chateau’s gardens and walking to the ceremony.  The grooms party included Ally and Anthony’s gorgeous dog.

The styling of Ally and Anthony’s wedding was timeless and classic which really suited the opulent elegance of Le Petit Chateau’s décor.  By now, guests were excitedly arriving, and as it was a gorgeous day, enjoyed welcome drinks in Le Petit Chateau’s pretty courtyard garden.

The wedding ceremony was held in Belle Epoque a stunning space designed in the style of a gorgeous 19th century French chapel.  It’s an enchanting room ideal for a romantic wedding ceremony.  It was elegantly decorated with gypsophila and white roses that beautifully framed my images of Ally and Anthony taking their vows.  After a lovely ceremony, Ally and Anthony walked back down the aisle to whoops, claps and cheers from their guests.

Everybody then headed back outside to the sunshine for an elegant drinks reception and were entertained by live singer Finn Forster.  And I took my chance to get some great images of everybody mingling and some group images of the wedding party.  With guests happily catered for, I whisked Ally and Anthony away for a romantic photoshoot around the stunning gardens and grounds of Le Petit Chateau.

The wedding reception was held in Le Petit Chateau impressive ballroom that manages to seamlessly blend period and rustic charm with modern elegance.  This stunning space has floor to ceiling windows that open onto a secret Mediterranean garden complete with 16 ft. palm trees, fire on water feature and a boules court.  Guests were seated first so that Ally and Anthony could receive a rapturous welcome.

Speeches were before food which is always a good idea and were all very well received by everybody.  And were followed by a delicious wedding breakfast.  After which, everybody spilled back outside to enjoy the early evening sunshine and I got some fun images of the wedding party.  As well as some romantic images of Ally and Anthony by the lily pond.  The early evening sunshine created a soft hazy glow that gave the images a romantic feel.

Le Petit Chateau’s ballroom was ideal for an evening celebration. The bar and the dancefloor are close together but there is also comfy seating a little further away for those looking to take a seat.  Not that they wanted to, DJ Rayees and a live saxophone player really brought the party and it wasn’t long before the dancefloor was full.  I braved the dancefloor myself and got some really fun images.
