Nigel and Andrea’s Wedding- The White Hart Hotel Harrogate
It was always going to be a fun day where Andrea was around- and it was! Even in the speeches Andrea’s fun, vivacious personality was mentioned and everyone was in no doubt it was going to be an amazing day. The setting for the wedding was The White Hart Hotel in the centre of Harrogate. It is one of Yorkshire’s premier wedding venues with it’s smart modern design and the older more traditional Fat Badger pub on the side of it. Nigel and Andrea had an amazing wedding day and it was one that was very personal to me as Nigels brother is a good friend of mine who had flown in from New Zealand especially for the day.

The day started with the girls getting ready at the hotel and the boys went off into Harrogate for a traditional wet shave. Andrea was early for getting married and she looked amazing in her wedding dress. Now Nigel had been described as being an emotional breezeblock, and had declared he would not get emotional upon seeing his bride to be for the very first time. So all eyes were on him as Andrea made her entry into the room; I have to say he did well but I certainly saw him falter at one point from his breezeblock status!
After the ceremony we went into the Valley Gardens for some photos before returning back to The White Hart Hotel for the wedding breakfast. The afternoon rolled into the evening when the swing bank came on and the dance floor filled up. Andrea was full of bubbles and full of fun. Anyone who knows Andrea knows her love for selfies, armed with my camera she went around the room with my camera grabbing selfies with her friends. It was a fun filled night and I am sure there would have been some sore heads the very next morning!
There is a small snippet of video of the fun on the dancefloor on my Facebook page- to see it “Like” my Facebook page. The final photos will be in my Client Area very soon, but for now here are a few. If you like the photos please leave a comment at the bottom of the blog or use it to leave a message for Nigel and Andrea- Thank you.
