Engagement shoot | Italian Wedding | Romantic Italian Wedding
Graham and Naiobh have been so organised with their wedding plans, Graham works in the hospitality industry so planning is his thing. They contacted me well in advance to secure their wedding date as part of our Romantic Italian Weddings packages for this year. They chose Villa Baroncino in Tuscany as their venue for their destination wedding. In 2010 they had been a guest at their friends wedding at villa San Crispolto and fell in love with the beauty of Cortona and the surrounding area.
Photography is a very important part of their day and having a UK based wedding photographer that understands what they want to achieve was essential for them. They fell in love with my style, my relaxed approach and having the opportunity to meet up in the UK to view album styles and an engagement photoshoot before their wedding day.
We met up on the banks of Loch Lomond for their engagement shoot. The photo shoot was really useful as a “trial run” for the wedding day, both Graham and Naoibh hate getting their photograph taken and they started off quite nervously! After a short while they became more relaxed, we finished off on the pier at Luss for the perfect romantic view over the lake as the rain clouds rolled in over the hills. Graham loves his ice cream as much as I do and could not resist stopping to get us all a nice cream. Of course I will have to return the next time I see them, that will be an Italian gelato then! Looking forward to their destination wedding in July in Tuscany, and not forgetting that ice cream!!
